Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives to be effective.

Assignment
